MafsWorld
A mathematical world for children to explore. Ideas are met in rooms before they are named, and the game watches how you learn without testing you.
Education
Education reform from the ground up: learning design that starts from the mathematics, and participatory practice that starts from evidence of what is actually happening in schools.
Reform that starts in classrooms, not from above. Two strands:
- Learning design: mathematics learned by moving through it, built from the structure of the subject rather than from a scheme of work.
- Participatory practice: ways for staff, teachers and students to see their school clearly and improve it together.
Both start from evidence. Before solving anything, find out what is actually happening, and organise what each group in a school sees and wants, so that effort goes into problems that exist, not ones that are assumed. With AI, that means hard evidence of how it is used now, at every level of a school.

Maths Rooms
Small, self-contained maths rooms lifted out of MafsWorld and rebuilt to work on their own.

CCC: Cross-Curricular Correspondence
A commons where teachers find, tailor and share what works in class, starting with maths teachers in Zambia, the UK and New Zealand.
